**Business Development Manager (Sheet Metal and Fabrication)**

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Technical Sales or Business Development professional to join our team at Disrupt Talent. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our offering across the rail, construction, and defence sectors.

Our company has a long history of working with the automotive, aerospace, rail, and defence industries, and we are now looking for a sales professional to drive business growth and expansion.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with our Managing Director and commercial team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to win new clients.
  • Work closely with our technical team to understand customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Travel to client sites across the UK to build relationships and secure new business.

**Requirements:**

  • Self-driven, motivated, and results-focused individual with a track record of success in sales or business development.
  • Confident presenter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative team attitude with a willingness to work closely with our technical team.
  • Experience in sheet metal and fabrication engineering environment (desirable but not crucial).
  • Driving license.
