About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our team at George Fischer Sales Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our customers in the water industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative sales approaches.
  • Provide market insights and analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure our business remains competitive.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in the water industry, with a strong understanding of sales and project engineering principles.
  • Business development experience, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide market insights and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Experience in tender submissions and a good standard of education, with a working knowledge of engineering and technical terms.
  • Full understanding of company objectives and a commitment to delivering results.
