About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our team at George Fischer Sales Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our customers in the water industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative sales approaches.
- Provide market insights and analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure our business remains competitive.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements
- Significant experience in the water industry, with a strong understanding of sales and project engineering principles.
- Business development experience, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue.
- Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide market insights and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Experience in tender submissions and a good standard of education, with a working knowledge of engineering and technical terms.
- Full understanding of company objectives and a commitment to delivering results.
