Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to drive sales in primary care for our Respiratory Portfolio. As a key member of our field-based team, you will be responsible for creating and executing a territory business plan to generate sales across the specified territory.

In this role, you will act as the single point of contact for customers, working in partnership to facilitate the creation of solutions that meet their needs. You will be responsible for developing account plans for target PCNs, practice clusters, and individual practices, as well as developing customer partnerships to enable them to be a respiratory partner of choice.

Key Responsibilities:
• Be the single point of contact for customers, guiding them to key functions such as education, medical support, co-creation partnerships, and value-added opportunities.
• Develop account plans for target PCNs, practice clusters, and individual practices.
• Develop customer partnerships, enabling them to be a respiratory partner of choice.
• Pioneer both digital and face-to-face interactions, embracing new technology and platforms by utilizing customer insights.
• Empathize with customers and recognize their challenges, working to support appropriate co-created solutions.
• Deliver KPIs, including (but not limited to) Sales, NPS, Project Delivery, and Customer Satisfaction.

Qualifications:
• ABPI Qualified
• Full UK Driver's Licence

Required Experience:
• Experience of working in a pharmaceutical sales role.
• Proven track record of sales success in Primary Care.
• Thorough understanding of the NHS environment and customer priorities.
• Knowledge and experience of designated territory and customers.
• Clinical and market knowledge ideally within the Respiratory therapy area.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Business planning skills.
• Selling skills and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop long-term relationships across the key customer groups.
• Effective territory planning skills through Key Account Management.
