Job Overview

This role will be based in either their Manchester or Glasgow office, allowing you to contribute to the development of a diverse and inclusive community. As a key member of the team, you will lead the development and execution of the DEIB strategy, designing and delivering training programs, promoting employee resource groups, and overseeing data analysis to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
