About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inclusion Specialist to join our team as Senior Inclusion Lead. This is a key position within our Intervention service, which operates across various sites in Manchester.

The successful candidate will be based at Manchester Royal Infirmary and Wythenshawe Hospital, working closely with our Intervention team to develop the service and contribute to its growth. The postholder will be expected to support outpatient clinics, catheter lab activities, and consultant on-call/consultant of the week rotas.

This role requires extensive experience in Intervention, with a strong background in general cardiology. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in organisation and undertaking of audit, as well as excellent communication skills.

As part of our Intervention team, you will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care. You will also be responsible for providing support to the catheter lab Interventional programme, contributing to its development and growth.

We offer a competitive salary of £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes opportunities for career development, training, and research collaborations.
