Job Description

As an Inclusion and Safeguarding Specialist with Semester.co.uk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe delivery of care and support functions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing advice and guidance to managers and practitioners on good service practice
  • Managing safeguarding risk and quality assurance within a multi-professional environment
  • Working closely with stakeholders to gather data intelligence and identify care needs

You will work collaboratively with partners and key stakeholders to develop effective partnerships and coordinated working arrangements. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive contribution to the development and delivery of care and support priorities for Manchester residents.
