Key Responsibilities:

As an SEN Teacher, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering high-quality, tailored lessons for students with SEN.
  • Differentiating the curriculum to meet the diverse needs of students, using a variety of teaching methods and resources.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to create a truly inclusive learning environment for students with SEN.
  • Supporting students in the development of their social, emotional, and behavioral skills.

Requirements:

  • A recognized teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
  • Experience teaching students with SEN in a secondary school setting.
  • An understanding of the challenges students with SEN face and a commitment to supporting them in achieving their potential.
