**About the Job:**

We are seeking an Inclusive Learning Coordinator to join our team at Co-op Academy Manchester.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the SENDCo to develop and implement inclusive practices, ensuring that all pupils have access to a broad, balanced, and relevant curriculum.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Work with the SENDCo to lead the provision of pupils with special educational needs within the academy.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to promote high-quality teaching, effective use of resources, and high standards of learning and achievement for pupils.
  3. Support and develop staff involved in Special Needs and Learning Support, providing necessary information and development to sustain motivation and secure improvement in learning.
  4. Assist the SENCO with EHCPs, manage own caseload, work with Educational Psychologists, and Alternative Provision.
  5. Lead ADPR cycles.
  6. Assist the SENDCo with annual reviews.
  7. Maintain the academy's provision map.
  8. Be the line manager for designated teaching assistants and/or higher-level teaching assistants.
  9. Support the SENDCo in quality assurance of interventions.
  10. Provide ongoing training, advice, and support for staff on Special Educational Needs best practice.
  11. Support the online and remote curriculum for pupils with Special Educational Needs.

**Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
