Inclusive Learning Assistant

We're seeking a talented and compassionate individual to join our team as an Inclusive Learning Assistant. This role involves supporting children with special educational needs, helping them overcome challenges and reach their goals.
Key Tasks:- Develop and implement tailored learning plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and the SENCO to ensure seamless support and guidance.
- Engage children in meaningful learning activities, using innovative and adaptive techniques to promote engagement and motivation.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting kindness, creativity, and resilience.
Salary: Estimated £9,500-£11,000 per month (based on 20 days worked). This figure is subject to change based on experience and qualifications.
What We're Looking For:- A degree in Education or a related field (desirable but not essential).
- Experience working with children with SEN or a strong desire to make a difference in their lives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude, ready to engage children with varied learning needs and behavioural challenges.
