Role Overview: We are looking for an Inclusive Learning Practitioner to join our team at The Manchester College. This is an exciting opportunity to work with learners who require support due to Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEN/D).

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide high-quality, efficient support and positive learning experiences for individual or small groups of learners.
  • To contribute to learner reviews on the effectiveness of support in the learning environment.
  • To work towards achieving qualifications in English and Maths and other relevant areas.

Requirements: We are looking for someone with a minimum Level 2 Learning Support qualification, or willingness to achieve within an agreed period. Additionally, a Level 2 Specialist support qualification is required, or willingness to achieve within an agreed period.
