Financial Inclusion and Social Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Financial Inclusion and Social Support Specialist to join our team at CREATIVE SUPPORT. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about improving the lives of vulnerable individuals by maximizing their income from benefits and supporting them in budgeting for their present and future needs.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be resourceful and compassionate, with the ability to work effectively with individuals to identify and address their financial challenges.
This position comes with an estimated salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, and offers a supportive working environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide personalized support to vulnerable individuals to maximize their income from benefits and enhance their quality of life.
- To develop and implement effective budgeting plans that cater to individual needs and goals.
- To maintain accurate records of client progress and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related field.
- Proven experience in social care or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
