**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a Financial Services Regulatory Associate/Senior Associate Lawyer to join our highly regarded Financial Services (FS) team in London. The successful candidate will advise pension schemes, insurers, reinsurers, banks, and other financial institution clients on regulatory and capital-driven transactions.

Our client is an international powerhouse with a strong presence in the global market. They offer a competitive salary range of **£120,000 - £180,000 per annum**, depending on experience.

The FS Transactions team advises on a wide range of transactions, including structured reinsurance transactions between UK life companies and global reinsurers. The successful candidate can expect to work on novel structured products, vanilla tripartite custody account security structures, title transfer collateral arrangements, capital regulation, securitisations and repackaging, and taking security over illiquid structures.

No specific regulatory experience or knowledge is required. Our client is looking for solid legal skills with enquiring minds keen to learn on the job to develop a sector-specific focus in transactional work in the FS team.

The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, providing expert advice on complex regulatory matters.
