Key responsibilities include drafting regulatory advice notes, assisting with compliance obligations, and advising on the implications of the Consumer Duty. The successful candidate will also engage in M&A transactions, conduct due diligence for financial services firms, and manage FOS disputes and regulatory supervisory actions. Additionally, they will participate in marketing efforts, including pitches, training sessions, and industry events.
