Advanced Practice Nurse

As an Advanced Practice Nurse - Palliative Care, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to patients with palliative needs. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support, utilizing your advanced knowledge and skills to assess individuals, families, and populations holistically.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in specialist palliative care nursing, with a strong understanding of community services and the ability to work autonomously. A Master's degree in Nursing and non-medical prescribing qualifications are essential.
You will be responsible for planning, prioritizing, and managing complete episodes of care, working in partnership with others to optimize health outcomes and resource use. Your advanced practice skills will enable you to use professional judgement in managing complex and unpredictable care events.
