Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Apheresis team as a Sister/Charge Nurse. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert nursing care to patients undergoing apheresis procedures, as well as leading and managing the team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in apheresis nursing. As a Sister/Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert nursing care to patients undergoing apheresis procedures
  • Leading and managing the Apheresis team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
