About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Specialist to join our Identity and Access Management team at Change Digital – Digital & Tech Recruitment. As a Cyber Security Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering Identity-based security solutions to enforce the principle of Least Privilege through Technical Access Controls procedures while preserving Compliance for testing by external auditors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Configure Technical Access Control solutions within Identity & Access Management tools based on team requirements.
  • Lead the Implementation of innovative solutions to ensure service stability and better user experience.
  • Ensure Product Currency and consistency across all domains.
  • Drive Automation of solutions.
  • Ensure Stable and Secure Environments.
  • Performance Troubleshooting and recommendations.
  • Provide Training, Support, and Guidance.
  • Support 24x7 On-Call for escalated security incidents on a rotational basis.
  • Identify Critical Security Issues and provide recommendations of risk-reduction solutions.
  • Demonstrate Excellent Customer Service Skills and ability to support and troubleshoot end-user issues.
  • Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written.
  • Clearly Communicate with Senior Leadership in highly stressful situations.
Technical Skills Required
  • Strong Knowledge of CyberArk and/or HashiCorp Solutions.
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
  • Strong Knowledge of Identity and Access Management Tools.
  • Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Investigative Abilities.
Education Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Information Sciences, or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications preferred.
  • 5+ Years of Experience working in the fields of Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, or Cybersecurity.
