Job Title: Information Protection Senior Advisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Information Protection Senior Advisor to join our team at The Cigna Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering Identity-based security solutions that align with our mission to enforce the principle of Least Privilege through Technical Access Controls procedures while preserving Compliance for testing by external auditors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and configure Technical Access Control solutions within Cigna's Identity & Access Management tools based on team requirements.
- Lead the implementation of innovative solutions to ensure service stability and better user experience.
- Ensure product currency and consistency across all domains.
- Lead the drive for automating solutions.
- Ensure stable and secure environments.
- Performance troubleshooting and recommendations.
- Provide training, support, and guidance.
- Support 24x7 on call for escalated security incidents on a rotational basis.
- Identify critical security issues and provide recommendations of risk-reduction solutions.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and ability to support and troubleshoot end-user issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Be able to clearly communicate with senior leadership in highly stressful situations.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of CyberArk and/or HashiCorp solutions
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative abilities.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Information Sciences, or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications preferred.
- 5+ years of experience working in the fields of Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, or Cybersecurity.
