Job Title: Store Operations Manager

Moncler is seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our department store team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and managing store operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure consistent delivery of Moncler Sales and Service standards;
  • Lead by example and motivate sales team to achieve sales targets;
  • Recruit, interview, and hire a high-performing team that drives store sales and delivers exceptional customer service;
  • Drive store sales and productivity through key KPI management;
  • Manage daily store operations, including schedule management, inventory management, cash management, shipping and receiving, and adherence to company policies and procedures;
  • Analyze sales reports and work closely with Regional partners to strategically drive business growth;
  • Effectively coach and develop store staff to ensure compliance with company initiatives;
  • Develop team members to ensure individual growth, employee engagement, and career pathing for future leaders;
  • Adhere to all Company Policy and Procedures;
  • Stay up-to-date with competitive environment, trends, and identify future opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years Retail Management experience;
  • Prior experience in luxury retail;
  • Proven track record of successful sales generation, building clientele, and employee development and relations;
  • Proficient computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook);
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to read and analyze sales reports and perform fundamental calculations;
  • Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
