About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing and CRM Manager to join our team at Biscuiteers. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Development and Execution
    • Develop and execute email, SMS, and push marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive revenue growth.
    • Manage and optimize customer segmentation strategies to ensure effective targeting and personalization.
  • CRM and Data Management
    • Oversee the management of customer data and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
    • Develop and implement strategies to measure and encourage database growth.
  • Creative Execution and Brand Management
    • Ensure all marketing content is aligned with the Biscuiteers brand and creative guidelines.
    • Champion best practices in email marketing and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Customer Loyalty and Retention
    • Develop and execute strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.
    • Work with the Senior Campaign Manager to understand the impact of loyalty programs on customer performance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in CRM and email marketing, with a strong background in retail.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of retail industry trends and consumer behavior.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint.
  • Experience working with platforms such as Ometria and Magento.
