Key Responsibilities
  • Email and CRM Strategy
    • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive sales.
    • Oversee the overall email strategy to deliver engaging content on a weekly basis, in line with our seasonal marketing calendar.
    • Execute CRM communications against our customer segmentation strategy.
    • Manage lifecycle campaigns across all CRM channels.
    • Manage transactional campaigns across all CRM channels.
    • Report on channel performance to the wider team.
  • Creative Execution and Email Best Practice
    • Ensure all email content is in line with our brand creative and copy.
    • Champion best practice, content ideas, and new technologies, working with our ESP provider.
    • Champion learning and understanding of the email channel.
  • Customer Loyalty Propositions
    • Be the champion of our loyalty schemes to increase loyalty and frequency from returning customers.
    • Work with our Senior Campaign Manager to understand the contribution these schemes make to overall customer performance.
  • Database Management and Growth
    • Measure and encourage database growth.
    • Manage all data uploads, data clean-ups, and data accuracy.
  • Agency and Platform Management
    • Manage the relationship with Ometria to ensure we have the best technical setup possible.
    • Be the conduit between Magento and Ometria to ensure we are set up for success.
Requirements
  • A proven experience in CRM and email marketing role, with a strong background in retail.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of retail industry trends and consumer behavior.
  • Excited to work at Biscuiteers.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A Degree or Master's degree is a plus.
  • Certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint, are a plus.
  • Experience of working with platforms such as Ometria and Magento.
