Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Marketing and CRM Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM and Retention Strategy
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy to deliver engaging content to our customers.
    • Manage and execute lifecycle campaigns across all CRM channels.
    • Manage and execute transactional campaigns across all CRM channels.
    • Report on channel performance to the wider team.
  • Creative Execution and Email Best Practice
    • Ensure all email content is in line with our brand creative and copy.
    • Champion best practice, content ideas, and new technologies in email marketing.
  • Championing Customer Loyalty Propositions
    • Develop and execute loyalty programs to increase customer loyalty and frequency.
    • Work with the Senior Campaign Manager to understand the contribution of loyalty programs to overall customer performance.
  • Database Management and Growth
    • Measure and encourage database growth.
    • Manage all data uploads, data clean-ups, and data accuracy.
  • Agency and Platform Management
    • Manage the relationship with our ESP provider to ensure optimal technical setup.
    • Be the conduit between our eCommerce platform and ESP provider to ensure seamless integration.

Requirements

  • A proven experience in CRM and email marketing role, with a strong background in retail.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of retail industry trends and consumer behavior.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A degree or master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint.
  • Experience working with platforms such as Ometria and Magento.
