  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels, from executive to working levels.
  • Analysis and Solutions: Conduct thorough analysis of customer production processes to offer tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with regional and product teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • Travel: Travel frequently to meet with customers, both locally and abroad (up to 60%).
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development in the automotive domain.
  • Network: Strong network in the automotive and aerospace industries.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills, as well as strong communication skills in Swedish and English.
  • Travel: Ability to travel frequently to meet with clients.
