This role involves working closely with the Business Partner to manage Employee Relations issues, including:
- Disciplinaries, grievances, performance, absence, restructure and terminations.
- Employment legislation advice to mitigate potential litigation.
- Salary review process facilitation.
- New company benefits and policies rollout.
- Policy drafting and reviewing.
- HR data analysis for improvement.
- Supporting the implementation of a new HR system.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Previous experience as a HR Advisor in the FS or Insurance sector.
- A thorough understanding of employment laws.
- ER case management experience.
- Stakeholder relationship building skills.
- Ability to travel across the UK when necessary.
We offer an attractive salary package, with an estimated annual salary of £48,000 - £58,000, based on experience.
