The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience in HR, ideally holding CIPD Level 7 qualification. They will be a highly motivated individual who strives to deliver the best results, exceeds expectations, and goes above and beyond in their role.

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, offering a hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote work from home.

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with the Head of HR to develop and implement an effective performance management system that identifies personal development needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews, ensuring seamless implementation and alignment with strategic initiatives set by the HR leadership team.
  • Provide regional support to the Head of Learning and Development as required.
  • Design and implement global staff benefits and well-being programs, linking them to key strategic objectives.
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH COLLEAGUES THROUGH THE HR TEAM PARTNERING MODEL.
  • Support conflict resolution and termination processes, working closely with the Head of HR and General Counsel.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, guidelines, and employment contracts across the globe, collaborating with local HR managers and the legal team.
  • Stay up-to-date with employment law and wider HR market trends, adapting current ways of working and policies accordingly.
  • Support successful relocations.
  • Offer backup assistance to HR managers.
