Senior HR Advisor Role

We are recruiting a Senior HR Advisor to support our busy department in East London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR consulting, particularly in the Public Sector.

The Senior HR Advisor will be responsible for delivering expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legislative parameters and service channel agreements.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide HR advice and guidance to people managers and employees.
  2. Manage complex employee relations issues.
  3. Keep up-to-date with employment legislation and industry trends.
  4. Implement effective HR policies and processes.

Essential Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as an HR Consultant in the Public Sector.
  2. Sound knowledge of employee relations and employment law.
  3. Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality advice.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: £32,310 per annum (£15.65 per hour)
