We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team in Tonbridge. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering payroll services to a wide range of clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring accurate and timely processing. Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Managing payroll data and ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Providing technical advice and support to clients
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have Sage and auto enrolment pension experience, as well as proficiency in other payroll software such as Xero. You should also be computer literate, able to work under your own initiative, and cope with demanding deadlines. A background in practice or bureau experience is also essential.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include parking, competitive holiday and pension schemes, and study support if required.
