We are seeking an experienced Head of Service Delivery Management to join our team at New Appointments Group. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead service delivery processes and procedures, nurture strong relationships with clients, and drive customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have extensive management experience in service delivery roles, a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant subject area, and management certification. They will also have experience in managing internal teams and external stakeholders, with a strong understanding of business finance principles and the ability to analyse financial data to inform strategic decisions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining high standards for service delivery processes and procedures, implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction, and managing complaints with appropriate escalations. They will also oversee the processing of customer orders, ensure timely deliveries of goods, and work closely with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure smooth deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish and maintain high standards for service delivery processes and procedures.

  3. Implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and address any issues.
  4. Manage complaints with appropriate escalations.
  5. Oversee the processing of customer orders.

Requirements:
  1. Degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant subject area.
  2. Extensive management experience in service delivery roles.
  3. Management certification.
  4. Experience in managing internal teams and external stakeholders.
  5. Strong understanding of business finance principles.
