Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Service Delivery Manager to join our client, a prominent organisation in the manufacturing sector. Based in the Sevenoaks area, this role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to drive excellence in service delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining high standards of service delivery processes and procedures, nurturing strong client relationships, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
This is a permanent, in-office position that comes with a competitive salary of £80,000 per annum, a £6,000 car allowance, and private medical insurance.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Delivery Excellence: Establish and maintain exceptional standards of service delivery processes and procedures.
- Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Customer Satisfaction: Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop suitable strategies, ensuring the company remains relevant to the market.
- KPI Management: Set, monitor, and maintain compliance with service KPIs, driving continuous improvement.
- Complaint Management: Manage complaints effectively, escalating concerns where necessary and highlighting high-risk issues.
- Team Development: Guide, support, and develop team members to deliver exceptional services, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Financial Management: Ensure all service-related payments are invoiced and collected promptly, overseeing the processing of customer orders for timely deliveries.
- Logistics Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure smooth deliveries, maintaining the ERP system to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
- A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Extensive management experience in service delivery roles, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Management certification, such as ILM/CMI.
- Proven ability to manage internal teams and external stakeholders, with a strong understanding of business finance principles.
- Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to communicate effectively at various levels and with diverse groups.
