In this role, you will be guiding scheme members through their pension journey, providing support to the payroll team, and preparing helpful documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talking to pension scheme members, clients, and third parties
- Guiding scheme members through their pension journey
- Providing support to the payroll team (training will be provided)
- Preparing helpful and informative documentation
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in pensions administration required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong numeracy ability
- Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously, in line with the responsibilities that the role requires
The salary for this position is around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience, and includes benefits such as 25 days' holiday, plus bank holidays, an extra day at Christmas, and private health insurance.
