Job Summary

This Part Time Receptionist role at Weald of Kent Grammar School involves providing exceptional customer service to students, staff and visitors. The successful candidate will be responsible for the organisation and development of all front of house processes within the school to benefit student learning and staff efficiency.

Our Administration Team provides administrative support for a range of business services including central administration and operations, admissions, events and marketing.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is £23,338 - £23,921 per annum. Benefits include company pension, on-site parking, and private medical insurance.

Job Responsibilities
  • The Receptionist will be responsible for keeping abreast of developments in their areas and thinking creatively and constructively to ensure students, staff and visitors receive the highest standards of customer service.
  • They will also provide administrative support for a range of business services including central administration and operations, admissions, events and marketing.
