About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at M S Webb & Company Limited. This full-time, permanent position requires proficiency in various software applications, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient work environment.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations & Finance Department, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries or directing calls appropriately.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary to ensure availability.
  • Design digital brochures, leaflets, and marketing material.
  • Support social media platforms with content to create brand awareness.
  • Email marketing and campaign management.
  • Support website management, ensuring content is up-to-date.
  • Provide administrative support with corporate events.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
  • Proven experience in a marketing role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with clerical duties and office management practices is advantageous.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in data entry and record keeping.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £24,500 per year, offering a competitive remuneration package that includes health and wellbeing programme and on-site parking.

Work Schedule and Location

This full-time position requires working Monday to Friday. The work location is in-person at M S Webb & Company Limited.
