Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Brook Street UK. Salary: £25,000-£27,000 per annum
We are seeking an individual with excellent administration experience, a high level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritise their workload. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Developing and implementing administrative processes and procedures
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of administration experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
