We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at beBee Professionals in Chester. As a Healthcare Professional with Nursing Expertise, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patient health, identifying areas for improvement and developing effective care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting healthy behaviors and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state of practice.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Estimated Annual Salary: $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
