Job Description
Morad Law Group is seeking a Patient Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our outpatient behavioral health clinic, this role plays a critical part in providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.

Salary Estimate: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Effective appointment management and scheduling to ensure seamless patient flow.
  • Conduct regular communication with patients regarding appointments, medications, and other important updates.
  • Accurate data entry and record-keeping within our electronic health records system.
  • Maintenance of front-end logs and tracking of patient payments, authorizations, and referrals.
  • Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant industry developments, laws, and regulations affecting healthcare facilities.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as behavioral health, business administration, or marketing.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a similar position or directly related field.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal abilities, with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications and electronic health records systems.
