About the Role:
  We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider to join our team of healthcare professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for examining patients, ordering diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and developing treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs. You will work closely with our physicians and other healthcare staff to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  - Perform thorough health histories, review patient records, and develop comprehensive medical assessments
  - Order laboratory, radiological, and diagnostic studies as necessary for patient diagnosis and treatment
  - Develop and implement effective treatment plans, taking into account patient preferences and values
  - Provide high-quality patient education, counseling, and support to promote informed decision-making and self-care
  - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure timely referrals to specialists when needed
  - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards

Requirements:
  - Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant from a recognized accrediting agency
  - Relevant experience in primary care or urgent care settings
  - Strong clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  - Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software applications
  - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
