Job Description

As a Senior Gastroenterology Physician, you will be an integral part of our Gastroenterology & Hepatology service, supporting sustainability for out-of-hours working and contributing to the development of a 7-day in-patient service. You will work collaboratively with existing Consultants to provide a comprehensive service, integrating new services within Gastroenterology as needed.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support existing Consultants in providing a comprehensive Gastroenterology service.
  • Integrate with the team of Gastroenterology Consultants to provide a comprehensive service.
  • Develop new services within Gastroenterology as required.
Requirements
  • MB ChB or equivalent qualification.
  • MRCP or UK equivalent certification.
  • Certificate of Eligibility for Specialist Registration (CESR).
  • Able to demonstrate experience in teaching, clinical audits, and research.
