Patient Care Representative

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Care Representative - Dental Medical to join our team at Align ENT & Allergy. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our medical professionals.
About the Role:- Patient Flow Management: Manage patient flow by providing timely check-in procedures, verifying patient information, and notifying medical support staff of patient arrival.
- Medical Records and Billing: Set up medical records for new patients, insert updated information into established patient medical records, and ensure accurate billing and insurance verification.
- Payment Processing: Ensure payment for services rendered by confirming referrals, if required, or obtaining a waiver prior to patient treatment.
- Clinical Support: Assist medical professionals with clinical tasks, such as preparing patients for exams and procedures.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a two-year course for medical assistant a plus.
- Experience: Recent experience and patient contact responsibility in a medical practice required.
- Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and proficiency in electronic medical records systems.
