Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for leading the management of our building and ensuring that all facilities-related tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our building, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for facilities management.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors to ensure that all facilities-related tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure that all facilities-related tasks are aligned with our organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
