Job Title: Coffee Experience Coordinator

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a coffee experience coordinator at our new Burnley store.

Estimated Salary: £10.85 per hour (National Living Wage)

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide exceptional customer service while working in a fast-paced environment.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Supporting with store procedures including opening or closing the store, cash handling, and safety and security.
  • Delivering high-quality beverages and maintaining a clean and organized workspace for customers and partners.
  • Providing legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and creating genuine connections.
