Care Services Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Activities Coordinator to join our Exemplar Health Care team. As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging activities that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a range of activities, including arts and crafts, games, and outings, that cater to individual resident needs and preferences
- Collaborate with care staff to tailor activities and ensure they meet the unique needs of our residents
- Encourage resident participation and engagement in activities, promoting a sense of community and belonging
- Degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as leisure, recreation, or social work
- Experience working with older adults or individuals with dementia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
The salary for this position is £23,500 per annum, depending on experience. A comprehensive benefits package, including paid holidays and training opportunities, is also offered.
