East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust invites applications for the role of Digital Health Service Coordinator. This exciting opportunity will see you working as part of a dynamic team to deliver high-quality digital services and improve patient care.

Your main responsibilities will include supporting the team in achieving key performance indicators, reducing DNA/Non-responders, and developing relationships with local partners to improve diabetic eye screening uptake. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in data analysis and report writing.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the diabetic eye screening team to achieve key performance indicators.
  • Reduce the frequency of DNA/Non-responders in populations with low routine diabetic eye screening uptake.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local partners to improve diabetic eye screening uptake.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in data analysis and report writing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The estimated salary range for this position is £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience.
