Job Overview:
As a Recruitment Account Manager, you'll oversee client accounts, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and ensure seamless communication with clients and candidates. You'll leverage your recruitment expertise to understand client needs, develop tailored strategies, and maintain a strong presence in the recruitment market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their recruitment needs.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying client requirements to sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring recruitment strategies align with business goals and deliver measurable results.
- Design and implement recruitment campaigns across various channels to attract quality candidates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, hiring strategies, and candidate engagement methods.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to refine processes and improve client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client meetings, providing insights and updates on hiring progress, and adjusting strategies as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a recruitment or account management role, preferably within an agency setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage client relationships effectively.
- A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to meet recruitment targets and client expectations.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of handling multiple client accounts and recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Knowledge of recruitment trends, tools, and strategies.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and MS Office software, including Excel and Word.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and improving service delivery.
