Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their recruitment needs.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying client requirements to sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring recruitment strategies align with business goals and deliver measurable results.
  • Design and implement recruitment campaigns across various channels to attract quality candidates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, hiring strategies, and candidate engagement methods.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to refine processes and improve client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, providing insights and updates on hiring progress, and adjusting strategies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a recruitment or account management role, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage client relationships effectively.
  • A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to meet recruitment targets and client expectations.
  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of handling multiple client accounts and recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of recruitment trends, tools, and strategies.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and MS Office software, including Excel and Word.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and improving service delivery.
