Payment Industry Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our innovative team and drive success in the rapidly evolving financial technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential marketplaces and B2B SaaS platforms as target clients. Develop a strategic prospecting plan to engage with key decision-makers within these organizations.
- Initiate contact with potential clients to understand their payment processing requirements and challenges. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, product managers, and finance teams.
- Develop a deep understanding of our Payfac Services and how they can benefit marketplaces and B2B SaaS platforms. Clearly articulate the value proposition of our solutions to potential clients.
- Tailor presentations and demonstrations to showcase how our Payfac Services can address the specific needs and pain points of each client. Collaborate with the technical and product teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the solutions offered.
- Work closely with the legal and finance teams to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Address any concerns or objections raised by clients and work towards finding mutually agreeable solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system. Provide regular sales forecasts and progress reports to the sales management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the payments or fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of payment processing, Payfac services, and the challenges faced by marketplaces and B2B SaaS platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
