We are seeking a highly skilled Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist to lead our team's efforts in providing specialized care to Infant children and young people facing complex mental health challenges. This role requires exceptional expertise in assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage an autonomous caseload of high-risk clients, providing individualized treatment plans and coordinating care pathways.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with multidisciplinary teams, promoting collaboration and mutual understanding.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to inform treatment decisions and adjust care plans accordingly.
  • Engage in peer review and discussion to enhance practice and promote best outcomes.
  • Supervise junior staff members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay updated on research and emerging trends in infant mental health to inform practice.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in Child & Adolescent Psychotherapy or related field.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and commitment to maintaining professional standards.
  • Extensive experience in assessing and treating complex mental health issues in infants and young children.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

Compensation Package:

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, reflecting their level of experience and qualifications.
