Nurse Consultant

CHASE is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Advisor to join our team in Plymouth.
As a Nurse Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting patients who require enteral feeding, working closely with their carers and local healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing expert clinical support and training to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals on enteral feeding pumps and procedures.
- Working autonomously to manage a caseload and cover a specified geographical area.
- Collaborating with Dietitians and other healthcare professionals to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Facilitating patient discharges and reducing unnecessary hospital referrals.
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to patients and carers to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements:
- NMC registration as a nurse.
- Strong clinical skills and experience in enteral feeding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
