We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team in providing exceptional care to patients in a paediatric environment.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work as a Nursing Assistant Specialist, supporting healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an acute hospital setting or nursing home, with a genuine desire to make a real difference in people's lives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate and competent care to patients based on current evidence of best practice
  • Promote health and healing through observing, and monitoring well-being, then by evaluating the effectiveness of the care provided
  • Liaise with multidisciplinary team members, including specialist nurses, doctors, physios, occupational therapists, and social workers
  • Safeguard patients' needs and provide updates to colleagues, family members, and carers

Requirements
