Medical Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and competent medical care specialist to join our team in a paediatric environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to patients and service users based on current evidence of best practice.
- Promote health and healing through observing, monitoring well-being, and evaluating the effectiveness of the care provided.
- Liaise with multidisciplinary team members, including specialist nurses, doctors, physios, occupational therapists, and social workers.
- Oversee healthcare assistants, nursing associates, and students.
- Safeguard patient needs and provide updates to colleagues, family members, and carers.
Requirements:
- 6 months+ experience working in an acute NHS hospital in the UK.
- Experience of working in an acute hospital setting or nursing home.
Estimated Salary: £10 per hour
