About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Packaging Sales Professional. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold-calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to capitalize on sales opportunities and provide excellent customer service.
  • Utilize CRM system to track sales leads, enquiries, and quotations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 18 months experience in field-based selling, with a strong sales background and a passion for the packaging industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to handle situations with discretion, sensitivity, and integrity.
  • Ability to work remotely, manage own diary, and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the allocated region.
