Job Title: Technical Sales Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Professional to join our team at Macfarlane Group. As a Technical Sales Professional, you will be responsible for growing the sales of in-house manufactured, bespoke packaging solutions across Southern England and Wales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate territory growth in line with commercial targets.
  • Use a consultative approach to analyse and solve customer problems, presenting tailored solutions and commercially viable proposals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the company's presence in the market.

Requirements:

  • Strong presentation, customer-facing, and influencing skills.
  • A background in selling technical solutions to engineers as well as buyers.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and problem-solving abilities.
  • Full valid UK driving license.
  • Residing within a comfortable commutable distance of both our manufacturing sites in Westbury, Wiltshire and Salisbury, Wiltshire.
