Continuous Improvement and Quality Systems Manager

We are currently looking for a Continuous Improvement and Quality Systems Manager to join our team at Harrison Scott Associates. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all technical trials are conducted efficiently and effectively, resulting in improved product offerings.
Job Overview:In this role, you will lead the technical team to identify new techniques and materials that can enhance product development. You will also review Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure that corrective actions are implemented accordingly.
You will work closely with the operations team to achieve continuous improvement in product quality, maintaining a robust Quality Management System that adheres to ISO 9001 standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Engineering team to trial new machinery and processes, ensuring they comply with company policies.
To succeed in this position, you will need to possess excellent leadership skills and a science degree qualification or equivalent. Your annual salary will be approximately £62,000.
